John Broome (Oxford University), "Climate Morality"

Citizens have two sorts of interest in climate change. They need to know what their governments should do about it, so they can participate well in the political process, and they need to know what they should do about it themselves. I shall argue that the answers to these questions have different sources. Individuals should avoid doing harm, whereas governments should do the most good.
